David Keil and Cyndy Bratz join SPF


We are please to announce the addition of David Keil and Cyndy Bratz to our team.

David will be business lead for SPF’s wastewater and reclaimed water engineering practice after having recently led the northwest area water/wastewater business for a national consulting firm.  A professional engineer in Idaho and Washington and LEED accredited professional, David helped Meridian become the first city to produce and use Class A recycled water.  David has also provided wastewater management assistance to several other northwest wastewater utilities, including helping Clean Water Services near Portland, Oregon construct the first full-scale commercial nutrient recovery facility in the United States. 

Cyndy will be technology lead for the wastewater and reclaimed water engineering practice.  Cyndy has 23 years of experience as a consulting engineer in Idaho and is also a LEED-accredited professional.  Her background includes facilities planning, predesign, detailed design, and services during construction for municipal water and wastewater treatment facilities.  A recognized expert in the design of ultraviolet disinfection facilities, Cyndy has provided engineering services to clients across the country.  Cyndy is a past-president of the Pacific Northwest Clean Water Association, a past-president of the Southern Idaho Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers, and an active member of the Water Environment Federation.
