South Fork Landing

Using a unique design-build approach, SPF designed and managed construction for a new public water system at Southfork Landing, a planned community located on 868 acres along the Payette River in Garden Valley, Idaho. SPF worked directly with four preselected contractors during design and construction, ultimately saving the developer both time and money.  The new system includes three wells, a 420,000 gallon bolted steel storage tank, and 60,400 feet of distribution system piping.
